Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone — sales reps, freelancers, marketing agencies, content creators, business consultants, software resellers, and even existing customers. There's no application or vetting step. The link works whether you have 10 followers or a million.
How long do I earn commission per customer?
30% of every payment for 12 months from the date they sign up. This is the SaaS industry standard — long enough to make a single referral genuinely meaningful (a Business-tier customer paying for 12 months is up to $540 for you), short enough that we can sustain the program for the long haul. Top-volume affiliates can be moved to extended terms — talk to us once you've got a track record.
How does attribution work?
Refgrow drops a 60-day first-party cookie when someone clicks your link. If they sign up and pay within 60 days, the sale is automatically attributed to you — even if they come back days later from a different page on the same device.
When and how do I get paid?
Refgrow auto-tracks every transaction and adds your share to your wallet within 24 hours of each customer payment. Payouts run on a Net-30 monthly schedule (commissions earned in a calendar month are paid out at the end of the following month — the buffer covers refunds and chargebacks). Withdraw to PayPal or bank transfer once your balance crosses $50.
Can I run paid ads with my link?
Yes — Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, all welcome. The only restriction: no bidding on "VidThanks" or branded keyword variations, and no fake-coupon / typo-squatting domains. Standard affiliate hygiene.
Are there marketing assets I can use?
Yes — once you sign up, your dashboard includes a swipe file with email templates, demo scripts, screenshot bundles, banner ads, and one-pager PDFs sized for print and digital. Add your link, send.
What if my referred customer cancels?
You get paid for every payment they actually made, up to the cancellation date. If a payment is refunded within 30 days (chargebacks, etc.), the corresponding commission is reversed — that's why payouts are Net-30. After the 30-day buffer, recorded commissions are final.
