By accessing VidThanks, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

VidThanks is intended strictly for users 18 years of age or older. By using this service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Verification

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we verify users via WhatsApp, LINE, or SMS text. You agree to receive these verification messages to your provided mobile number.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

We encourage the upload of 30-second Google video reviews and messages of thanks. However, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Graphic or sexually explicit content.
• Violent or threatening material.
• Defamatory or hateful speech.

VidThanks reserves the right to refuse, remove, or deny any video at our sole discretion to protect our users and the community.

4. Automated Deletion

Unless you explicitly select a 90-day or "indefinite" storage plan, videos will be permanently deleted 30 days after upload via our secure storage partner, Cloudinary. Once deleted, this content cannot be recovered.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant VidThanks the limited license to host and distribute the video specifically to your intended recipients.

6. Limitation of Liability

VidThanks provides a secure transit and hosting service. We are not responsible for the content of user-generated videos or the misuse of secure links once they have been shared by the sender.

7. Legal Compliance

We cooperate fully with law enforcement. We will disclose user data and IP addresses in response to valid legal subpoenas. All payment transactions are managed by Stripe in compliance with USA financial regulations.
